As an Area General Manager at DFS, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth in our stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Coaching and Development: Provide guidance and support to your team members to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.
- Customer Experience: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including rotas, performance evaluations, and stock management.
