Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of the garden centre, including supervision of staff and day-to-day operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support the merchandising of garden centre sundries, dry goods departments, and garden plant departments.
Requirements:
  • Computer literacy and ability to handle day-to-day head office admin and liaison.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry items throughout the day.
