About the Role:This is a rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work with a dedicated team, providing complex care to individuals with spinal injuries. You will be responsible for managing tracheostomy care, ventilation management, and nebuliser care, as well as providing general nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to service users with complex needs
- Manage tracheostomy care, ventilation management, and nebuliser care
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for service users
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of service user care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current NMC registration and a minimum of 12 months' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in tracheostomy care, ventilation management, and nebuliser care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
