We are in search of a Project Program Manager who possesses experience in facilitating the management of programs and a strong desire to contribute to our business growth in a dynamic environment.
This position will assist the REPM team and play an active role in fulfilling the scope of work with several of our key clients.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supporting the Senior Program Manager or Commission Lead with various tasks, including: Managing client relationships and associated commission outputs and deliverables, Ensuring efficient data collection and benchmarking, Implementing effective processes and systems throughout the program, Managing interactions with clients and other consultants at all stages of the program, Capturing client and commission requirements and reporting on progress, Assisting in the setup, execution, and closure of programs in line with role requirements, Identifying opportunities for new business with existing clients and reporting these to the appropriate line manager, Aiding in the preparation of tender bid documents, Recognizing areas for improvement in program management products and services, Understanding and identifying cross-divisional opportunities.Required Qualifications & Experience:
A degree in construction, Real Estate, or Facility Management. Experience in Project Management & Cost Management (Quantity Surveying) within a Construction or Real Estate Consultancy. Background in Program Management within Real Estate, particularly with Blue Chip and Commercial Clients. Experience managing refurbishment or fit-out projects for Commercial or Blue Chip Clients.Additional Skills:
Ability to cultivate strong, professional client relationships and proactively address client issues. Strong attention to detail in service delivery, communication, and collaboration. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Commercial awareness with the ability to articulate business decisions within broader market trends. Capability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to the needs of the program. Aiming for growth and development into more senior roles. Experience in business development, focusing on identifying opportunities with both existing and new clients. Proficient in data management software (e.g., Excel) and systems for data cleansing, management, analytics, and quality assurance. An approach to work that emphasizes task delivery and effective stakeholder engagement. Program leadership experience is advantageous.Additional Information
