The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the planned maintenance team, ensuring that all scheduled maintenance tasks are executed to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct routine servicing, repairs, or adjustments of equipment and machinery as per the planned maintenance schedule.
  2. Embrace a versatile approach to utilize various skills or trades for the efficient completion of all tasks.
  3. Oversee, monitor, and update the building's maintenance and access control systems.
  4. Assist the Building Services Manager in developing and implementing maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery, ensuring compliance and monitoring of tasks.

This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage maintenance operations while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
