The Inventory Control Supervisor plays a crucial role in enhancing our online operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. To excel as an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will:
Collaborate with the Store management team to oversee back-of-house operations and maintain effective communication with the Store Manager. Lead a team to execute precise inventory processes in a safe and operationally efficient environment, ensuring targets are consistently met. Foster a workplace culture centered around support, motivation, and inspiration, enabling your team to perform at their best. Adopt a hands-on approach to all commercial and operational tasks, adapting to changes and working alongside your team.
