Carrington West is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with site teams across the East Midlands and the office in Kegworth to ensure safe project delivery in compliance with current legislation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct SHEQ site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Support site teams with the preparation and review of paperwork, including Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, COSHH Assessments, Inductions, and Toolbox Talks.
* Support incident reporting, investigation, and accident trend analysis to identify areas for improvement.
* Attend all relevant training and identify further training needs through trend analysis.
* Assist in maintaining various Health & Safety Accreditations.
* Monitor on-site Sub-Contractors to ensure they are adhering to company policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate:

* Ability to leverage experience and knowledge to help site teams deliver leading practices.
* Use data to motivate project teams to achieve KPIs.

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 4 Qualification or equivalent in Health and Safety.
* NEBOSH General Certificate (desirable).
* Full driving licence with access to a vehicle.
