Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise team members to ensure specifications are adhered to and high standards are maintained
  • Provide on-the-job and structured training such as barrel changes and cleaning tasks
  • Adhere to the University food safety code of practice

  • Supervise the retail of alcohol in accordance to legal and regulatory requirements
  • Supervise the Bar and Dining Services
  • Supervise payment operations including, opening, operating and closure of the payment points, in line with financial procedures

  • Strong attention to detail
