Are you an experienced Payroll Manager ready to lead a team and make a real impact?

Our client, a family-run business that prioritizes its people, is seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to oversee a team of 4, including 3 Payroll Administrators and 1 Assistant Payroll Manager. As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring smooth, timely payroll processing for up to 2,500 employees across a diverse portfolio of businesses, including fast-food restaurants and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 4, providing guidance and support to ensure successful payroll processing
  • Set KPIs and monitor team performance to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Oversee payroll processing for up to 2,500 employees across a diverse portfolio of businesses
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience running both monthly and weekly payrolls for a large organization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
