Job Description

As a key member of our Strategic Partnerships team, you will be responsible for leading our key Hybrid accounts and managing a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring client retention and growth, while fostering a culture of training and development within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead key Hybrid accounts and manage a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding and embedding our services in line with their marketing objectives
  • Support the implementation of new processes to build time efficiencies and consistency across planning, communication, and reporting
  • Ensure excellent campaign delivery through upholding quality standards, testing, and optimisation for our digital campaigns and ongoing management and optimisation for third-party activity
  • Support the development of reports and dashboards that fully meet the needs of our strategic client partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading key client accounts in digital media
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
