As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will represent the company and oversee customer accounts throughout their entire lifecycle.


Salary:
£39,000 to £44,000

Working Hours:
Hybrid model: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote (Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break & Friday 8am - 1.30pm without lunch)


Benefits: 23 days of annual leave plus all bank/public holidays, company pension scheme, private medical insurance, life insurance, and additional perks.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Driving growth with both new and existing clients
  • Forecasting and assessing potential risks
  • Engaging in the identification of opportunities for business enhancement
  • Managing quotes, aged debt, and inventory
  • Ensuring customer expectations align with business goals
  • Collaborating with other departments as needed
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Traveling to clients within the UK and occasionally abroad

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer service role within the electronic manufacturing industry
  • Outstanding presentation abilities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent time management capabilities
