Job Title: Site Agent

Due to an increase in work and upcoming frameworks, our client has several vacancies available for Site Agents and Sub Agents working within their Railway civil and structural engineering division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly responsible for the daily management of construction/civil engineering activities.
  • Delivery of the contract within programme and budget.
  • Liaison with site staff and managing surveyor to ensure tender allowances are not exceeded.
  • Continuous monitoring of contract progress to ensure contract objectives are being met.
  • Provision of formal reports on contract progress to the Contracts Manager.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working within a similar role.
  • SMSTS and PTS certifications.
  • HND/Degree in civil engineering or a related subject.
