Job Title: Site Manager

Linsco Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Manage project budgets and expenses, identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including onsite staff and subcontractors, provide guidance and support to resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during construction projects, provide regular updates on project progress and address client concerns.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address issues that may impact project timelines or budget, ensure all H&S policies and practices are adhered to and escalated in the correct way.
