About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Audit Manager to join our team at Hargreaves Lansdown. As a key member of our internal audit function, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end IT internal audit engagements, building and maintaining professional relationships, and improving risk management and control processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead IT Audit Engagements: Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans, conduct risk assessments, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including IT teams, business leaders, and external partners.
  • Improve Risk Management: Analyze data and identify trends to improve risk management and control processes.
  • Manage Audit Planning and Reporting: Develop and implement audit plans, conduct audits, and provide timely and accurate reporting.
  • Mentor and Coach: Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Seek Improvements: Continuously seek opportunities to improve audit methodologies and processes.
Requirements
  • CISA Qualified: Hold a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification or be working towards it.
  • IT Audit Experience: Have experience in auditing IT controls and transformation/change.
  • Data Analytics: Possess knowledge of data analytics and be able to analyze data for insights.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record in managing audits and improving risk management processes.
  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Possess strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Financial Services Experience: Have experience in financial services, preferably in a similar role.
