Key Responsibilities
- Support and Delegation: Assist with daily workload and delegate tasks to the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Work Supervision: Supervise work, check completion, and deliver to expectation set by line manager.
- Communication: Use business communication tools for completion of tasks and ensure the team understands all key functions.
- Process and Procedures: Understand all process and procedures and set the example for others.
- Seasonal Guidelines: Demonstrate good practice with seasonal guidelines, campaigns, and merchandising principles.
- Daily Controls: Understand daily controls and how to set up the store.
- Security Measures: Understand company policy and rules regarding security measures and demonstrate compliance and controls.
- Till and Cash Controls: Compliance with all till and cashing up controls.

- KPI Targets: Understand KPI targets and expectations to achieve results.
- Commercial Awareness: Demonstrate commercial awareness and adopt right product, place, and time compliance.
- Frasers Structure: Understand the Frasers structure, elevation strategy, and initiatives.
- Team Engagement: Engage with and feedback issues to contribute to the wider business.
- Senior Management Support: Support senior management to coach the team.
- Performance Management: Understand and support performance management processes.
- Role and Responsibilities: Understand your individual role and responsibilities and how they impact the team.
- Best Practice: Demonstrate day-to-day best practice standard and compliance.
- Team Support: Support the team and act as a role model.
