Position: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Liverpool Street, London
Compensation: £25,000 - £45,000 (First year base + OTE)

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and engaging with potential candidates, including both active job seekers and passive candidates, to gather updated information, discuss career goals, assess availability, and perform initial screenings while maintaining accurate records in our database.
- Offering career guidance to candidates, assisting them throughout the interview journey.
- Coordinating and confirming interviews for candidates as per client requests.
- Generating business leads through consistent candidate engagement, market research, and intelligence gathering.
- Building and nurturing new client relationships while providing valuable market insights.
- Conducting reference checks to qualify candidates and facilitate new client opportunities.
- Maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service level agreements.
Candidate Profile:
- Possess confidence, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- A 2:1 degree from a 23/24 cohort is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in sales or a commercial setting is advantageous.
- It is essential to have a clear understanding of the recruitment process and a willingness to engage in a sales-oriented role.
