Job Overview

Griffin Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be ambitious, motivated, and financially driven
  • Have a confident, competitive, and charismatic edge
  • Degree educated, or good A-Level (or equivalent) results
  • Ideally have played competitive sport to a high level
  • Genuinely wanting to have a successful long-term career
