Main Responsibilities:
- To support with busy enrolments, ensuring accurate completion of all enrolment and qualification/funding paperwork.
- Processing all administration tasks in line with business recording systems.
- Preparing paperwork for submission to meet KPI's, including enrolments, certificates, and college queries.
- Update learner attendance records.
- Registering, claiming, and processing certificates accurately and timely.
- Preparing paperwork for enrolments.
- Sending updates to the Manager on daily progress.
- General office duties, including telephone queries, scanning, photocopying, filing, and reception duties.
- Participate in CPD and industrial updating as requested and meet contractual requirements.
- Invigilate exams.
- Support learners and tutors on training courses.
- Aftercare telephone calls to all learners.
- Comply with all company policies, including Health and Safety, Equality & Diversity, Quality, and Safeguarding.
- Maintain and update occupational skills.
Requirements:
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
