We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Consortium Professional Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in advising, supporting, and leading on all HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance, engagement, policy, and process.

The Role:

  • Lead the recruitment process for all roles within the business, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to line managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • Coordinate responses to disciplinary and grievance matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Develop and implement innovative employee engagement activities, driving employee satisfaction and retention.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A generalist candidate with at least 3 years of experience as an advisor, with a proven track record of success in HR.
  • Experience managing employee relations caseload, with a strong understanding of employment law and company policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft packages, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • A strong passion for HR and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
