Dental Care Assistant

Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Dental Nurse/Trainee Dental Nurse. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care while adhering to all clinical and health & safety guidelines.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing chair-side support in all day-to-day activities within the practice and surgeries
- Creating a welcoming environment for patients, setting them at ease from the outset
- Maximizing the use of our internal system to ensure accurate patient records are maintained
- Ensuring the surgery is set up appropriately for each session to maximize efficiency
- Anticipating the requirements of clinicians and patients, ensuring necessary lab work and equipment is in place
- Monitoring surgery stocks to maintain optimal levels
- Undertaking reception duties, including answering the telephone, making appointments, and collecting patient charges
About You
We are looking for a qualified candidate who is GDC registered, with experience working in Private/NHS practices. You should be willing to demonstrate the highest levels of patient care, possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and be enthusiastic about learning and developing new skills.
