Main Responsibilities:- Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ensure timely decision-making
- Assist with month-end journals, reconciliations, and overhead cost analysis
- Contribute to standard costing and works order processes
- Provide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting support
- Assist with weekly and monthly payroll processing
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Offer support and cover for AP/AR and bank reconciliations
- Ensure accounting practices align with current standards
- Participate in special projects as part of the Finance team and wider business
