Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a complex caseload, providing support and guidance to individuals, children, carers, and families.
  • Exercise professional judgement to assess risk and accountability, ensuring effective decision-making and engagement with fluctuating circumstances.
  • Employ a range of interventions to promote independence, provide support and protection, and prevent deterioration in health and wellbeing.
  • Lead positive interventions to safeguard individuals at risk of abuse or neglect.
