Key Responsibilities:
Main Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact between personnel and facility management, addressing questions, providing necessary information, and responding to requests. Manage incoming calls, handle sales inquiries, and coordinate maintenance to ensure office operations run smoothly.
Administrative Assistance:
Generate and send invoices, maintain customer databases, oversee accounts, and support the distribution of production orders and internal communications.
