Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Senior Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land and measured building surveys utilizing advanced technologies, performing post-processing work independently to ensure accuracy, mentoring a team of early-career surveyors, engaging with clients to deliver high-quality survey solutions, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct land and measured building surveys utilizing advanced technologies such as Total Station, GPS, and Laser Scanning equipment.
  • Perform post-processing work independently to ensure accuracy and quality of survey data.
  • Mentor and train a team of early-career surveyors to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Engage with clients to deliver high-quality survey solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the company by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in land and measured building surveying with a strong background in topographic surveys.
  • Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, and Laser Scanning equipment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and client management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and flexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
