Key Responsibilities- Develop and Deliver Customer Communications: You will be responsible for writing and delivering high-quality customer communications, including end-of-term, arrears, and review letters and emails, to ensure our customers feel supported throughout their time with us.
- Prioritize Customer-Centric Improvements: You will prioritize customer-centric improvements that remove friction from the customer journey, with a focus on accessibility and vulnerable customers.
- Support Transformation Projects: You will support transformation projects to digitize and transform customer communications, using data insight and behavioral science techniques to maximize their impact.
- Ensure Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: You will ensure that all customer communications specifications are technically compliant, relevant, and meet regulatory and Treating Customers Fairly requirements.
- Consumer Duty Accountabilities: You will regularly test, monitor, and adapt communications to support understanding and good outcomes for customers.
- Support the Team: You will provide mailbox management and report management, as well as covering other processes for contingency purposes when other team members are absent.
- Experience in Writing for Customer Communications: You will have experience in writing for both digital and printed operational-focused customer communications.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Understanding of Customer Data: You will have a good understanding of the ways in which customer data is created, gathered, transferred, and manipulated.
