About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our Supported Living team at NEAS. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing bespoke round-the-clock care to autistic and/or neurodivergent young people and adults in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with personal and household tasks, including meal preparation and shopping
  • Accompany individuals on outings and holidays, and assist with accessing medical appointments
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
