Job Title: Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our brand visibility and growth. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage and curate content for the company's social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Monitor social media trends and engagement metrics to optimise content strategy.
  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Support the planning and execution of recruitment events, webinars, and industry conferences.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless coordination and promotion of company participation.
  • Assist in developing marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand enhancement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to contribute to strategic marketing decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience or internship in marketing, with a focus on content creation and social media management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Social media savvy.
  • Basic graphic design skills (experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset for campaign performance evaluation.
