We are seeking an experienced Health and Social Care manager to join our team as a Trainee Health and Social Care Assessor. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in training and assessing learners in Health and Social Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Health and Social Care apprenticeship qualifications up to Level 5, including Functional Skills English and Maths
- Work with learners in their place of work in the Bristol area
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with learners, employers, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of training programs and materials
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years management experience in a Health and Social Care setting (Deputy Manager or higher)
- UK driving license and use of own car
- Home based covering the Bristol region
- Permanent position with full training and qualifications funded and provided by the employer
What We Offer:
- Full-time, permanent position
- 40 hour working week, Mon-Fri, no unsociable hours
