Job Summary

The Anatomy Suite Manager will be responsible for coordinating the operation of the multi-disciplinary anatomical section at St George's University of London. This role will involve working closely with the Head of the Anatomy Section and academic module leaders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to support undergraduate and postgraduate curricula.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the technical, prosector, and administrative teams within the Anatomy Suite
  • Ensure compliance with the Human Tissue Act and health and safety legislation
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage practical teaching materials for delivery within the section
  • Work closely with the Head of Section and academic module leaders to deliver courses including Medicine, Biomedical Science, Physicians Associate Studies, and other healthcare-related programs
  • Join a vibrant and innovative team of academics, clinicians, and support staff to deliver teaching and research activities

Requirements

  • First degree in an anatomically related subject
  • Proven experience of management within an Anatomy/Teaching facility
  • Working knowledge and experience of implementation of HTA Codes of Standards and Practice and regulatory procedures
