Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic Electric Vehicle (EV) division, where we specialize in the repair and remanufacturing of Electric Vehicle Battery Packs.

This role involves hands-on battery repair in our workshop as well as managing the logistics related to battery handling and preparation of components for repair. Comprehensive training will be provided, including funding for external training to achieve an EV HV Level 3 certification.
Salary information for this position will be discussed during the interview.

Shift Patterns:

Successful candidates will work on a bi-weekly rotation of the following shifts:

Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday; 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM, Friday.

Late Shift: 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM, Monday - Wednesday; 4:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repairing and remanufacturing battery packs for diverse clientele.
  • Preparing modules for battery pack repairs in our dedicated workshop.
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles while ensuring proper storage.
  • Ensuring batteries, modules, and components are ready according to the production schedule.
  • Adhering to processes established by engineering teams with precision.
  • Following the production plan and job cards meticulously.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment to prevent hazards.
  • Complying with the company's health, safety, and quality standards.
