Lead Quantitative Analyst - Front Office

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Analyst to join our Front Office team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quantitative models and tools to support our trading and risk management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex quantitative models and tools to support trading and risk management activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new trading strategies and risk management frameworks
  • Contribute to the development of in-house quant solutions, with a focus on pricing, risk, and model calibration
  • Analyze desk sensitivities and attribution of PnL, implementing changes in libraries and tools
  • Improve the internal market data model for certain data types, such as CDS spreads

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in front office or model validation
  • Strong understanding of IR derivatives, vanilla derivatives, and risk profiles of Xccy swaps and vanilla options
  • Excellent quant development skills in C# or C++
  • Experience in changing valuation Monte Carlo, PDE, tree, or numerical integration
  • PhD or Masters in a scientific discipline
