We are seeking an experienced Sales Controller to join our team at Octane Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency specialising in the automotive and motor trade sectors.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Executives to achieve strong sales performance on a monthly basis. This will involve driving sales in the department through effective processes and training the team to work in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales Executive team to achieve sales targets and maximize sales while promoting a strong profit per unit.
  • Control new car stock to ensure the right vehicles are available for the market area.
  • Ensure all online adverts are created in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Controller in the motor trade.
  • Good understanding of new vehicle sales.
  • Experience running a large sales team is highly desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
