About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at ProCook Guildford Store. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and the perfect kitchenware for their culinary adventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and demonstrations to showcase our kitchenware.
  • Process transactions and handle customer returns efficiently.
  • Maintain store standards and assist with general duties.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a strong work ethic, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. If you have retail experience and are driven to meet targets, we would love to hear from you.
