The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our International Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving growth in existing markets, and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving targets, a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and extensive experience in prospecting new business. You will be a strong communicator, able to influence and negotiate with others, and possess excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive growth in existing markets and develop new business leads
  • Work closely with the International Sales team to achieve sales targets and implement the long-term trading strategy
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Quality, Finance, and Operations
