Position Overview:

We present an exciting full-time, long-term position for a Primary Stage 1 Educator at a remarkable primary institution. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting the educational journeys of our youngest students.


About the Institution:
Become a part of our vibrant team at a large, two-form entry primary institution with a student body of around 500 children. Our establishment is committed to creating a supportive and engaging educational setting where every child can flourish.

We provide a well-equipped environment featuring interactive whiteboards in each classroom, along with access to laptop trolleys and tablets.

Our facilities include specialized areas for reading, mathematics, science, humanities, and the arts.

We also cater to children with Special Educational Needs through our dedicated units, which include provisions for autism, complex needs, and additional speech and language support.


Application Criteria:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching Primary Stage 1, with a proven record of successful student outcomes.
  • Strong comprehension of the National Curriculum and assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and teamwork.

Key Duties:

  • Designing and delivering engaging and effective lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of all students.
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, adapting teaching methods to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement innovative educational practices.
