Job Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Network Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in restoring electricity supplies for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to electrical network issues, providing solutions and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to electrical network issues, including loss of supply, safety concerns, and asset inspections
- Provide solutions and exceptional customer service to our customers
- Work collaboratively with other field operations teams to resolve issues
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect and maintain electrical equipment
- Participate in standby duties to provide 24/7 coverage for our customers
Requirements
- Hold a recognized Level 2 Electrical qualification (NVQ/City and Guilds)
- Have experience in electrical installation for commercial and domestic properties
- Hold a full, valid UK/EU driving license
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
