What You Will Bring:

  • Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a stellar front of house team member ready to transition into management, preferably in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
  • Background in a bar setting with experience in serving freshly prepared food and beverages.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong drive and resilience in overcoming challenges.
  • Excellent literacy and attention to detail for effective KPI reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Self-motivated, able to work efficiently with minimal supervision while managing pressure and deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices in sales enhancement, forecasting, reporting, recruitment, HR, and customer satisfaction metrics.
