We are seeking a dedicated Project Management Specialist to join our team at Cambridge Education Group.
In this role, you will primarily focus on supporting our Global Admissions and Sales Operations teams in executing significant business and IT initiatives.
Your strong engagement and stakeholder management abilities, combined with extensive project management experience, will be essential in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
You will serve as a key point of contact for planning, organizing, and overseeing business working groups and project streams.
This position requires a diverse set of project management skills, utilizing recognized IT project management methodologies, along with experience in resource management and testing strategies.
The role is structured as a full-time, fixed-term position.Collaborate closely with various business units to gain insights into the organization’s structure, policies, and operations.
Conduct formal project and process evaluations.
Ensure that all project documentation is thorough and accurate; manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to established timelines and quality benchmarks.
Examples of project responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for new business units, documenting related business processes, and providing user training and developing training materials.
Work in partnership with business functions to ascertain project requirements and deliverables, estimate timelines, create and execute work plans, and oversee daily project operations alongside IT technical managers.
Define and document project plans and scenarios for system upgrades; ensure that all teams involved in the delivery comprehend and accept the project plans.
A proven history of CRM experience, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics, is preferred, especially within the education sector.Ability to tailor project management processes to align with business needs.
Experience in implementing new systems in the educational field.
Proven leadership in business testing activities, specifically user acceptance testing and end-to-end testing.
Comfortable and effective in managing small teams within a matrix structure.
Comprehensive understanding of the entire project lifecycle; capable of operating from the conceptual design phase through to project delivery and closure.
A pragmatic and adaptable approach, with a focus on achieving results while fostering positive working relationships.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
