Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing knowledge of our products and services, and assisting Key Account Managers with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction with company products and services
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations
  • Assist Key Account Managers with administrative tasks and updating the system
  • Maintain and update in-house software with customer information
  • Create and present detailed sales reports to the Sales team

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a sales support or administrative support role in the food industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required)
