About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve sales conversion rates
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to optimize current sales and marketing efforts and drive business growth
  • Manage and grow a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferably in a retail or ecommerce industry
  • Strong understanding of traditional marketing mix and digital marketing strategies
  • First-line sales management experience, including leading successful teams and setting targets/KPIs
  • Ability to uplift profitability through sales and marketing efforts
  • Willingness to commute to Birmingham, West Midlands 5 days per week
