About the Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a care home setting. Your primary focus will be on providing physical, psychological, and social support to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities

- Administer medications safely and effectively, adhering to regulatory guidelines

- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and regulatory frameworks
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
