About the Role:
As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents. This includes developing tailored care plans, administering medication safely, and providing emotional support to those in our care. You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have current NMC registration and a good understanding of the latest clinical practices. You'll also need to be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional care and have a commitment to person-centred nursing, we'd love to hear from you.
