Business Analyst - HR

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Amtis - Digital, Technology, Transformation. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in our Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse, and document payroll business or technical data requirements
  • Work closely with product owners, technical specialists, and data experts to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Contribute to the development of business cases, requirements documents, and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise business needs

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Experience in HR payroll processes or data migration
