Job Title: Paediatric Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Healthcare Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with complex needs.

About the Role:

As a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to children with complex medical needs. This will include assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, and providing emotional support to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and support to children with complex medical needs
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Administering medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Providing emotional support to clients and their families
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children with complex medical needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
