About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Healthcare Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and adults with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to clients with complex needs, including those with ABI, PEF-feeding, epilepsy, and other conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and support services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
