Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist at JTR Agency, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with new and existing customers through various communication channels, including CRM systems, phone, and face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with New Projects: Collaborate with our technical team to assist with new project implementations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Monitoring and Maintaining Networks: Monitor and maintain our mobile, voice, and data networks, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Problem-Solving and Customer Support: Work closely with customers and colleagues to identify network problems and provide effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Relationship Building and Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Logging and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer queries, ensuring that all issues are properly documented and tracked.
  • Collaboration with Suppliers: Work with our network and supplier partners to identify and report any issues, ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Ticketing System Management: Ensure that our ticketing systems are up-to-date and accurately reflect customer queries and issues.
  • Technical Knowledge and Skills: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, demonstrating a passion for learning and a commitment to professional development.
  • Teamwork and Initiative: Work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of motivation and initiative in achieving our goals and objectives.
  • Pressure Management and Problem-Solving: Work effectively under pressure, resolving issues and finding solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
