Role Overview:

We are in search of a customer-focused House Manager who embodies the high standards of service we are known for. This role is multifaceted, involving front-of-house management, facility oversight, event planning, and customer engagement.

  • Significant experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • A professional demeanor with a commitment to high-quality service.
  • Reliability and flexibility to manage out-of-hours calls and emergencies.

  • Resilience and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Basic awareness of Health and Safety regulations is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
