We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our Robertson Partnership Homes team in Fife. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of tradespeople, including self-employed and directly employed staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality assurance procedures
  • Manage site records, including time sheets, allocation sheets, and dayworks
  • Coordinate the use of plant and machinery on site
  • Maintain a safe and tidy working environment
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to deliver projects
  • Manage project-specific dashboards and BIM 360 quality support procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the housing industry, with a focus on timber frame construction
  • Proven track record of managing projects from tender to completion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Health and safety qualifications, including SMSTS and CSCS Black card
