Job Description

Job Title: Health and Safety Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Director to lead our HSE team and drive a proactive safety-first culture across our organization. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct and control risk assessments and safety inspections.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventative measures.
  • Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures to reduce environmental impact.
  • Report and liaise with site leads and group HSE partners.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HSE regulations.
  • Experience in a senior HSE role with strong leadership skills to drive, develop, and manage a team.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures.
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Health and Safety.
