Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring that each client receives the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Support clients with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with the care team
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, caring, and able to work independently. You'll need to be resilient and able to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.
